Introduction

1.2 Validity of Provisions: Should any section of this agreement be deemed unlawful or unenforceable based on local or international laws, it doesn't mean the entire agreement becomes void. Only that specific clause will be disregarded, while the rest remains enforceable.


Service Description


2.1 Scope of Services: PBLV Entertainment caters to diverse event requirements by offering customized packages. These range from capturing moments with professional photography, supplying event-appropriate props, digitizing memories for easy access and sharing, to giving tangible mementos with printed photographs.

2.2 Bespoke Add-ons: If clients have unique requirements or desire additional features beyond standard packages, PBLV Entertainment is open to accommodating such requests. However, these tailored services might come with extra costs.


User Obligations


3.1 Venue Preparedness: It's the client's responsibility to make sure their chosen venue can accommodate the photo booth's space and technical requirements. This includes, among other things, electrical outlets for powering the equipment.

3.2 Responsible Handling: PBLV Entertainment expects all users to handle equipment with utmost care. Any damage arising from reckless handling or misuse will be the client's financial responsibility.


Payment and Pricing


4.1 Modes of Payment: PBLV Entertainment offers multiple, flexible payment options for the convenience of its clients, accommodating most major payment methods.

4.2 Adjustments & Late Fees: Delays in payments can result in added charges. Moreover, any modifications or upgrades to a service after initial confirmation might lead to a change in the originally quoted price.


Cancellations and Refunds


5.1 Short-term Cancellation: If a booking is canceled shortly after it's made (within 48 hours), PBLV Entertainment will return the paid amount, excluding any charges associated with the cancellation process.

5.2 Exceptional Situations: In rare events like natural calamities, where hosting an event becomes impossible or hazardous, both parties can mutually discuss alternative plans, which might include rescheduling or partial/full refunds.


Service Limitations


6.1 Unforeseen Interruptions: If any unexpected issues prevent the continuous operation of the booth—be it due to technical glitches or external factors—the client might be eligible for compensation, either through service extensions or partial refunds.

 6.2 Compatibility Concerns: PBLV Entertainment makes every effort to make its booth versatile. However, it does not guarantee that the booth will fit seamlessly into every venue or setting.


Intellectual Property


7.1 Photo Rights: While PBLV Entertainment retains the original rights to all photographs, clients are given the liberty to use them for personal purposes.

7.2 Usage Restrictions: Should clients or their guests wish to republish or commercially exploit the photographs, proper credit must be attributed to PBLV Entertainment.


Privacy Policy


8.1 Data Protection: PBLV Entertainment prioritizes clients' privacy. Essential client data—names, contact details, event specifics—are securely stored and shielded from unauthorized access.

8.2 Promotional Use: Unless clients specify otherwise, PBLV Entertainment reserves the right to use photographs for its marketing campaigns and promotional content.


Text and Email Marketing


9.1 Promotional Content: Clients who share their contact details might occasionally receive messages from PBLV Entertainment, updating them about new offerings, company news, or exclusive deals.

9.2 Data Integrity: Client data remains confidential. PBLV Entertainment promises not to distribute or sell this data to third-party marketing agencies. 9.3 Regulatory Adherence: All marketing efforts, whether through text or email, are done in line with prevailing laws and regulations, ensuring clients' rights are always protected.

9.4 Communication Costs: Any fees or charges related to receiving text messages from PBLV Entertainment, based on the client's mobile subscription, will be borne by the client.


Limitation of Liability


10.1 Quality Assurance: PBLV Entertainment strives to provide top-notch services. However, certain external elements beyond its control might impact the event or service quality.

10.2 Timely Claims: If clients have any grievances against PBLV Entertainment, it's crucial to report them within two weeks post the event to ensure timely and effective resolution.


Governing Law


11.1 Legal Framework: Any issues or disputes arising from PBLV Entertainment's services will be dealt with under the legal provisions of Nevada.

11.2 Arbitration First: Before escalating matters to court, all parties involved commit to resolving disputes through arbitration, a more amicable and often quicker solution.


Amendments


12.1 Adaptable Terms: As the business landscape, technologies, and laws evolve, PBLV Entertainment might revise these terms to stay current and compliant.

12.2 Continued Patronage Implies Consent: Using PBLV Entertainment's services post any amendment indicates the client's acceptance of the revised terms.
